Het heeft lang geduurd voor ik een update kon laten zien van mijn UBU, maar hier is ie dan. Dit is een van de Prairie Birds en ik snap nog steeds niet waarom het zo lang heeft geduurd voordat ie af was 
. In de zomer heb ik bijna niet aan mijn UBU gewerkt en in september ben ik op vakantie geweest. En het is nu eenmaal bijna onmogelijk om de UBU mee te nemen in het vliegtuig. Ik zie mijn buurman of buurvrouw al kijken.
It’s taken me a long time to update my UBU page, but here it is. This is one of the Priarie Birds and I honestly don’t know what took me so long. I hardly worked on my UBU in the summer and in September I went on vacation. And it is nearly impossible to take the UBU on board of the plane. I can just imagine the look on the face of the person sitting next me.

Aan de rechterkant van dit patroontje komt nog een ontwerp van de Prairie Birds. Het is het patroontje dat op dezelfde rij staat als deze, maar dan twee opzij.
On the right of these two birds I will put another design from the Prairie Birds leaflet. It’s the one on the same row as this one, but two places to the right.
Echter, omdat ik snel afgeleid ben, heb ik besloten om naar boven te werken en het volgende ontwerp van een ander patroon te gaan borduren. Boven de vogeltjes komt Measure Twice, Cut Once van het Country Wise patroon.
However, with my short attention span, I decided to move upwards and stitch the next design from another leaflet. Above the birds will be Measure Twice, Cut Once from the Country Wise leaflet.
We zullen wel zien hoe lang ik daar over doe. Ik heb in ieder geval goede voornemens om de komende zaterdagavonden aan mijn UBU te werken.
We’ll see how long it’ll take me to finish that design. At least I have the good intentions of working on my UBU the next couple of Saturday evenings.
